Our Staff

Our staff are Certified Anger Management Facilitators and Certified Mediators who are especially qualified to educate clients on how to effectively communicate their wants and needs through appropriate expressions of anger and other related emotions.

Chuck Jeronimo

Chuck has served as Director of Court Mediation Programs since 1995.  The program he co-founded became the pilot program for four counties.  He spent 30 years as a successful contractor and is recognized by the CA Contractors License Board as an Industry Expert.  Chuck has served on the steering committee for LVJUSD Diversity Committee and Diversity Celebration since 2001.  He speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish.

Diane Jeronimo

Diane is the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Community Dispute Settlement and Anger Management Solutions.  Diane has received numerous awards and recognitions including Special Recognition by CA Legislature and US Congress for her work as a Lead Mediator.
